Use center screen in instrument cluster. Hit DISP on steering wheel until you see settings. It will involve a lot of press and holds to make selections.

It's one of 9 display options in the center display. As dchar pointed out, press the Disp button in the lower right of your steering wheel. Temp is one of the 9 options. Changes can't be made while moving, and you need to save and exit any change.
