Well i just purchased a 2013 es 350 and have been reading these forums trying to learn as much as i can about the car and hang out. Im coming from a V6 2012 camry and its really a different driving experience with the lexus even though its the same engine. I now can say that those people that compare it to a camry are WAYYYY of in their analysis trust me. Its a much smoother and quieter car, everything is just taken to a more refined level in my opinion. It just rides totally different. With that being said i noticed people were talking about wind noise in other forums and just to add my opinin the car is very quiet most times but i noticed when driving on the highway wind noise was more noticeable depending on the direction the wind was blowing for instance if you were drivin in to the wind vs lets say the wind was going across the car or horizontal to the direction you were travelling in, i think most people never take that as a factor in their analysis, another thing i saw one person complain about was at a stop light the car felt like it idled with a small rumble . I did notice this even though it did not bother me but i then turned off the a/c and wala the engine became as quiet as ever, so my point is sometimes those unexplained problems have a very simple solution .
