Was nervous about going with caviar in South Florida, but with the remote start it all works out. Looking at this under the lights in my garage, you can really see the sparkle and it seems much more dark grey than black.

Nope, owned...
Paid $44,000 in 2013 (In Canada, prices are higher to account for exchange)
Insurance paid out $34,000
Cost me $10,000 to drive 3 years, not too bad I suppose.
I am taking the "depreciation" waiver on the insurance this time at least for the first few years which allows for a pay out of the "purchase price" if the vehicle is totalled.

Just picked it up Tuesday night. Replacement for a 2013 RX450h that I had for 5 weeks. The seats were so uncomfortable in that one, I couldn't stand it. This is so much better.

superb!
premium package or lux package interior?
hopefully the dealer had some mercy on you with the trade.

It is the Nebula Gray, but won't be for long. Doing a color change wrap in a few weeks
Premium package. No mercy at all on the trade. It was an ugly deal all the way around. I get really sad when I see some of the deals being made in Cali.
Probably should have driven over there to get it, but it is a done deal and I can drive more than 60 minutes without the intense back pain of the RX.

After getting it home and driving a few trips at longer distances, I started having back pain. It finally got so severe that I thought I had ruptured something in my back .
Finally realized that the BMW seats were the cause and were hard as a rock. Tried hundreds of seat positions, multiple cushions and explored having seats re-padded or swapped (warranty would have been voided).
Finally gave up and decided to take the hit now in depreciation instead of paying on it for years and not being able to drive it. Had it for less than two months but going to the ES350 was the best decision that I could have made and I've not regretted it one bit!
(other than I wish I had bought one to begin with, lol).
I feel your loss and your previous pain....oh, and it's a beautiful car!
