Default Any dealer add ons worth buying?

I'm curious if any of the dealer add ons likely to be suggested to us last minute such as leather protection or paint protection are worth getting.

Save your money and go buy some Mother's wax or a bottle of Meguiar's Gold leather conditioner. Do as Dave Mac says: SAY NO!

What about this?
Overpriced, but I have it. Wasn't really a choice, though.

From the dealer, or your insurance company? I've only been offered it once, but declined.

Insurance that covers the depreciation if you total the car. Here's a link that should explain it in full:

I've always bought from the dealer. Honestly never thought to ask my insurance company if they offer it. It's typically been $300 which is a cheap piece of mind. Although the car I bought last year, gap was $695. It's the only gap they offered but it does cover my deductible.

Tinted windows, as long as you do not pay over what it would cost from a local reputable window tinting company. The dealers tend to charge about $240+ for a $150-180 job. Also, they try to sell you on the ceramic window tint which is supposed to keep out heat better, which I can state it does NOT.

Based on my research - answer is no. It's usually 20-25 $ extra per 6 months if you go with your insurance company.

Actually If I remember correctly I was told that the only word you should know when going into finance office is "NO"
