Being that it is coming from your door panel is there any chance you had gotten your windows tinted and they didn't put the door panel back on correctly? If it is the door panel I wouldn't worry about the dealer taking that apart there isn't much to that.

I know there's always a chance that another unwanted sound could emerge, but that's what the warranty is for... I had the same concerns about them tearing into my dash for the squeak... but in the end, I just couldn't let that pass on a new car.. good luck with it...

Ok, so my car went to the dealer, the good news is that they did an incredible job, they had my car for 3 days.

Headline ticking noise: the cause of that noise is the cables under the headliner that is fixed to the roof, basically they removed the headliner, isolated the cables, and sticked it again to the roof, then put the headline back. Noise is gone, no new rattles.

Cracking of the center console: They removed the plastic, added foam under it, put it back. Noise is gone.

Door vibration and rattle: They opened both from door, remove the wood trim, ambiance light etc. Fixed them back with felt. No more cracking or vibration from both door

Glove box rattle: They dismounted the glove box, put felt and foam in there. No more rattle there as well.

Basically they have fixed them all on the first shot. They put their senior tech on my car, they also washed it inside and outside before giving it back to me (I think they even might have waxed it, it's really shiny).

Now my car is really quiet, I'm an happy camper

These are common ES and GS models.

Alot of annoying creaks from the right side of the car aka passenger door frame, sounds more from the rear and middle part of the door and not the front.

Sun rood moulding replacement cures alot of these sounds.

You can hear it squeak on every body movement, also clunky over cobblestone,
