I presume most of you know - I'm still a newbie - that you can supply your own image(s) to the Nav. screen instead of the default Lexus logo. I am TRYING to transfer a pic from my Iphoto (imac computer) to a usb flash drive and then to the opening Nav. screen on my 2013 ES350. The manual says to "name the folder" - "StartupImage" or the Nav. system won't recognize the jpeg when trying to transfer it to the screen. I have named the image with the "StartupImage.jpg" and the Nav. system still won't recognize it. I'm now wondering if the problem is having to do with the FOLDER as it states. If so, how do I make a FOLDER (with the pic) onto the flash drive? What does that mean ... folder? Is that most likely my problem? (When I right-click on the flash drive I do see my image with the appropriate name indicated above.)
