windshield wipers..... walmart or lexus?

As someone who spent 40+ years in the automotive aftermarket before retirement and sold thousands of wipers, I would highly recommend the OEM rubber inserts provided you still have your original blades. It is a simple 5 minute job to replace them yourself. I just replaced the inserts on my 2010 Acura for under $15 and will do the same on my Lexus when they need it. Before replacing your blades, you might try soaking a cloth in rubbing alcohol and cleaning them well. Many times, this makes them work like new.
I plan on placing an order for some Lexus parts soon and will include a spare set of OEM inserts when I do.
I only have 300 miles on it

I don't have the ES300h, but I am venturing to guess that your OEM wiper blade assembly is called Denso "Designer" blades. The alternative is to find your wiper sizes and just buy the inserts for other cars that have the same sizes, but now you are getting into more hassle.

Another car forums with Denso info.
I have nothing against going to any aftermarket wiper blade assembly, provided you keep your OEM blade assembly. This at least gives you to option to go back if you don't like the other blades or when the inserts drop in price.

Wipers
The OE blades are made by DENSO. They are called "designer style" and they are very good. They have a special graphite coating on the blade. You can order them through a DENSO distributor at www.densoproducts.com.

Here's the link for a 2009 Lexus ES350. These are reasonable prices for the entire wiper blade and not just inserts.

Lexus Fanatic
I have owned Lexus vehicles for a long time, and I have tried all manner of replacement blades, Bosch, Trico, Valeo, beam blades, normal blades, hybrid blades.
The blades I have always come back to are the OEM blades. The only ones that come close in quality are PIAA blades which are also expensive.
I'd just buy the OEM insets and be done with it. $50? Who cares?
