Question Speed Dial Programming (w/ extension number)

How can you program the speed dial to include an extension number? Is there a command so that there would be a pause after dialing the main number (maybe a 5- or 10-sec pause), and then the extension number would be dialed?

I avoid calling certain (office) numbers because of the necessity to dial extension number after an automated answer.

Not sure if there is a pause but you can easily dial an extension number after the call is answered. If you are moving, you can only dial using voice recognition.

Try entering commas ( , ) after the main number. Usually a comma will give a short pause, so you may need a lot of them.

Default Speed dial numbers that are not in the downloaded?

Has anyone figured out how to enter a speed dial number for someone who is not in the downloaded phone book?

An update to my previous post regarding how to dial an extension hands free.

Once your call has gone through, you should press the voice activation button again and then speak the extension number. Once recognized by the car, you press the phone off hook button again, and the extension number will be sent. It takes a few seconds for the system to recognize your extension number, so hopefully the other end is still giving a recorded speech, but it does work.
