I still havent seen any real info on changes to 2014. I see on this site info on the GS, which was also new last year, but nothing for certain on 2014 ES

According to other threads on this board and links posted in this thread, the changes are minimal.

Those changes include the availability of the bamboo trim in both the ES350 and the hybrid, LED fog lights, increased compatibility for iPhone users, and the availability of heated and ventilated seats with the base fake leather interior.

looks like there's a better RES system available for the 2014s as well. I just emailed lexus, and it is not an available upgrade for the 2013. :-(

It can also be noted that RES+ requires a $65 per year subscription. Between a Sirius XM subscription, an XM traffic and weather subscription, a Lexus Safety Assist and Concierge subscription, and an RES+ subscription, you can easily add about $500 per year to your cost of using the vehicle. For me, while some of the capabilities of RES+ (and Safety Assist and Concierge) are nice, I feel a need to consider how often I would use any of these services, and I want to draw the line somewhere with regard to how many subscriptions I'm willing to pay for. I guess I'd be willing to pay a one-time subscription fee for some of these services, but to pay on a monthly or annual recurring basis for something that I am not likely to use even a single time in a month is something I find hard to justify.

i just heard back from the service guy at lexus after inquiring about getting it installed, and he was told by parts that it is only available for the 2014s. It is also listed as an accessory for the 2014 ES under the 'lexus model showcase' on the lexus website.
@ lesz- good points.

Edit: It NOW shows compatibility with the both the 300h and the 350! Weird... Looks promising!

I'm not sure how accurate or updated the information is in that RES+ link. When I was checking phone compatibility, for example, the most recent Samsung phone that they have listed is the Galaxy S3, but the Galaxy S4 has been available since last spring. Thus, I wouldn't be surprised if RES+ is, in fact, compatible with more vehicles than are shown in the linked information.
