Default Door Panel Cracking - 6 month old ES300h

I just noticed some cracking on the passenger side on inside door panel (see image attached). Has anybody else seen anything like this. If you press below the crack, it’s very visible. I am thinking of calling my service agent next week.

It looks like somebody closed the door while something was wedged between the door and instrument panel.

I wouldn't wait until next week. They'll probably need to special order another panel.

Did you ever transport anything that would have done that damage? Seems kind of add to have that happen on a new car.

No, its on the front door passenger side. I drive my ES300h alone and nothing has been wedged between the panel and the door. I called this in and the service manager wanted to see this. I am off for some training all of next week and will not be able to get the car in till next week.

A word of advice. I put my car in for the first oil change and it came back with a rip in the driver's leather seat back. Apparently the mechanic had something in his back pocket. The service manager wanted to REPAIR the seat. I said no, I want a new seat back - no repair. They replaced the seat back at $1500. under the Lexus warranty. Get a new door panel...
