Help, My windshield is being fogged up on the outside when the air is on, and I have to use the wipers to see. Is this normal in the muggey weather? Thanks, chas

Hello Chas, my SC does that sometimes also particularly of course when the outside is warmer than the temperature flow inside the car. I did adjust my circulation controls to full flow and not just inside circulation and it did help to some degree. - never had a automobile to do it quite this bad before. good luck - hope others have ideas ? lgb

Do you have your climate control set to "Auto"? It sounds like the air is being directed through the defroster vents. I leave mine on auto year round and have never had that issue. We just got out of a stretch of 70+ degree dew points, so I would have noticed it.

I don't think that's normal. Leaving it on Auto is much more convenient and I never have to adjust anything

Thanks to all. After finely reading the owners manuel, I think that on a really muggy day I had a slight fog on the very bottom of the window. In trying to eliminate the problem I pushed the button with auto and also a squiggly line with front on it. The book states this is a no-no on a muggy day,as it will cause the window to fog up on the outside preventing you from seeing. Who would have thought that reading the directions would have solved the problem? Thanks again.
