Does anyone have the owner's manual in digital format? Two weeks and counting before my car arrives. Some easy reading material would be welcome.

You can go to lexus website and they have it in PDF. It's split up in chapters, though

Click on the "My Lexus" tab at the top left. Then, "Manuals & Resources" to the lower right of that tab. That should do it.

I assume they have it broken into chapters on the link I posted due to the enormous file size to put it all on one pdf. The download time very long even with high speed Internet. You could spend the time saving all of the separate files on your PC but I think we all have better things to do, like drive our new cars.

In this day and age, is there really the need to have Lexus supply a phone book sized owners manual with the car? It literally takes up 90% of the glove compartment. I think just the quick start guide and a web link to the full manual would suffice nicely. And it would save Lexus printing costs as well.

You might find that on-line is a little difficult to come up with out in the boonies, when you need to look up something. But, if they would put all the legal stuff and disclaimers in an addendum, you could leave that under the spare tire or at home. Then, the requisite manual would probably fit in the glove box.
