Can I take off the "Affix to insider driver side window" Toxic materials sticker?

On my ES350, there is a warning sticker of toxic materials used in the car. Can I remove this?

It like 'Do not remove this tag under penalty of law' labels from cushions, pillows and furniture. The owner gets to remove them.

Dang it! That was the first thing I took off as soon as I got home! I hate all of the idiot stickers.
