I've been seeing a temporary product from 3M advertised lately. It's 3M Paint Defender System. Looks like it would be much better than tape or a bra. Plasti Dip sounds good/better too.

I have that. I just need to get the nerve to spray in on my car.

Interesting stuff. I'd use it for those long road trips instead of the bra or painters tape. That may be the ticket.

I wouldn't get one, but really not a bad price..$178-$185. I have the 3M clear bra (full treatment) on all my vehicles and so far it's all good, and they all see quite a lot of highway driving.
