to me, the corners are pretty important to me because that'll be the place that is affected if someone tries squeezing by either by parallel parking or someone trying to squeeze by if you're heading straight at the light but the guy behind you wants to turn.

i'll look into some third party installers.

Understand. I was thinking the same, but didn't convey that to the installer. It was a last minute change (add on). If I were you, I'd lap it over the corner too, by a few inches.

Good luck, but I think it's a good idea to have this on the bumper for those small bumps.
