Hello All,

So I am having an issue with 2 things...

#1. When I am making a phone call (I have a Iphone 4S), I hear a rather annoying buzz sound in the background, more so when the volume is turned up to around 30 or so.

#2. When I am listening to the AM radio, I am hearing a sort of faint crackling sound (again more so when the volume is turned up).

I did have lexus install a car starter in my vehicle that uses the cell phone to start the engine, so I thought that it may be causing some disturbance. However when I took it to them to take the starter out, so I could verify that the starter wasn't the issue, when we tested it with everything disconnected I could still hear it.

Just wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what could be going on? Do you hear it in your vehicles as well?
