DVD - sound only, no picture!

DVD - sound only, no picture!
Anyone else having this problem? The first time I inserted the DVD, it played just fine... And then, all I get is the sound, no picture.

I am sure you are aware that the picture is only available when in Park. It goes out when the vehicle is in drive. I have also heard that you might need to have your foot on the brake, but I am not sure of that.

i met the same problem of DVD - pictures without sound. Later i found it was caused by codec error. Your DVDs might not meet the requirement of the player VOB MPEG2 and in this way, it could not be completely read. The easiest way is to burn your Disk to MPEG2 codec. Or the second possibility is that the player is too old to recognize the latest DVDs of the latest protection technique.
