My dealer says anything over 3 hours, they'll provide a loaner car. However, I think it really depends upon the SA and what you're having done. When I came back to have them install my side body molding, which was 90 minutes, they still gave me a loaner since this was the second time coming back since they made a mistake on the original part order (probably the wrong color).
