I put 225/45-18 Michelin Primacy MXM4 on the ES 300h, which was the tire that it came on in the 17inch wheels. I have stored the rims to put back on when I sell eventually (or offer to leave the new ones on for a price). I gave the original tires with 150 miles on them to my daughter for her Audi that needed replacements. Merry Christmas! The Discount Tire people who switched the tires shipped the original tires from NC to Pennsylvania for $10 per tire Fed Ex. It was a no-hassle deal and I couldn't be happier with the final appearance. They are hyper silver like the originals with a polished rim, so they have a shine without being a gaudy chrome.
