Sorry for being persistent but still - whats the residual value? Without that its hard to judge if the deal is good or not.

I am trying to understand the money factor in your case. How much is adjusted cap cost? You can also give us the total fees including sales tax you paid. Based on your selling price the money factor seems to be lot higher that is assuming your fees are same as your down payment. Mf seems tobe .0017. I hope i am wrong but thats highif you have top tier credit. I cant get the price you got though.

Thats fine. If you are happy thats all the matters. So no matter how I calculate the MF on my deal comes to 0.00093 and sales manager sent me a screenshot from his machine and its showing up as .00075. Something is missing. Sales manager said there is an acquisition fee - is that paid at the time of turn in or rolled in to your payments?

Update: Nevermind - found out the issue. There is some $488 worth of fees not included in purchase sheet. Now it makes sense.

Lazie

Just enjoy the car. Forget about all this. Let people like me who are yet to buy fret over prices/rates.

Final quote

$415 a month, 10k miles, $2k down. MSRP $42249, Negotiated: $38460 with tint, Residual 63%, Money factor .00075

Another dealer gave me similar quote except they are willing to give the car for $38200.

Lease: 2016 ES 350

I put Zero Down and walked out with paying 350 flat a month. And that's with 12k miles a year.

December to Remember FTW!

What part of Texas are you in? What is your MSRP?

I'm in Dallas, yesterday looked at 2016 300h Luxury package, Nav/ML Audio Package $47K MSRP at Park Place Grapevine. I think they will knock down $2K, but that doesn't seem much. Maybe anyone can get it better?

Sweet deal! What a score. No trade or turn in with equity? Base car? Enjoy it.

If I could of held out a few months I bet I could of been in a gs350 fsport for the same or less money than I paid in August for an es. No big deal, love the car!

Nope, no trade in at all. I did end up settling for the base, but honestly I was happy with just that, especially for the price. I went in for an IS 200T and walked out with this instead.

I just posted a thread with the new car and you will see the one I got in there.

Looks great in black. The chrome surrounding the grill really pops.
