Congrats, you are probably the first person on this forum to actually bring home the bacon with 2013 ES. Great looking choice. Enjoy.

Any idea what the residual they used to calculate that $575 payment?

My local dealer quoted $50 more per month, same car $46k, $2000 down. Anyone get better? I don't want to get ripped off? Seemed HIGH to me.

Special leases in my area but may be national,10K mile per.
I'd prefer a 27 mo over a 36 mo lease.

'13 GS ($56K list) 27 month lease is
$559 mo.27mos.
$3,609 due at signing.

'13 RX ($44K) 27 month
$399mo.27mos.
$3,999 due at signing.

The ES 27 mo lease should be close to the RX if there's a 27 mo lease available. If not, there will be soon.

I believe these options are bundled with the Ultra Luxury Package. My parents are about to purchase an Ultra Luxury Package ES300h in Fire Agate Pearl with Parchment interior. The car has all options except Lane Departure and PCS which according to the dealer usually comes together. MSRP on the car is $47,792 plus destination. I seems the OP's car has all the options.

Very Nice!
