2008 ES 350 Driver window has moisture and a running interior scratch

Default 2008 ES 350 Driver window has moisture and a running interior scratch
I just bought a used 08 ES 350, the driver side window shows a water trail on the interior glass when I roll it up. I also noticed a scratch in the tint further back on the window, closer to the door jamb. Any ideas on what's causing this/how to fix it?

I bet your drain holes are clogged.

Yes but if they're clogged then you need to get inside the door.
