Is there a way to clear memory on a previous installed cell phone on a 2010 ES350 without navigation?

section 3.3 of the user manual tells how to delete a phone
the tune/file button turn to selects the menu, push to input the selected item
menu 1 setup
menu 2 phone setup
menu 3 delete
