Default Interior Components Replacement

I just purchased a base model 2007 ES 350 with 32,000 miles, in almost perfect condition. My current auto is exactly the same but with the Ultra Luxury and Premium packages, which includes Navigation and many other options the base model lacks, and has very high mileage. I'd like to ask if it's feasible to switch the Navigation system from this car to the 'new' one (again, both are same year and model) and whether any of the other options might be switchable. An odd situation, I know, but I hope it can be done without costing a fortune. Many thanks for your help! Personal email: DickBeyer@Yahoo.com.
