Agree. I've seen that people are paying close to 10k-11k for higher mileage es350s (over 100k).

I would check how often the oil has been changed since new and also investigate if the car ever sat more than 2-3 months without start.

If everything checks out, i would easily pay 15k-17k.

Adding in some real world numbers here...I paid around $15.6k OTD for a 07' with 23k miles. Premium + Package and Navi. 1 owner & full service records (oil changed every few months at the dealer). Dealer put on new tires, belts, etc. day before delivery. Pretty immaculate all around, some curb rash on each wheel but other than that just some minor things here and there. Nothing for a car that's 9 years old. I think I got a fairly good deal, I didn't steal it; but far better than paying $10-13k for one with over 100k miles.
