Default Thinking of Moving Over to a GX470

I have an 07 Es 350 with the Platinum package. We bought a boat recently, and currently using our Sienna minivan to tow it up to the lake. it's a smaller 17ft jetboat that the van can handle mostly. The boat ramps make me a bit nervous with FWD. So I have been contemplating selling my ES and moving over to the GX for the 4WD, and towing power....and let the minivan go back to people moving. I have 4 kids and while the Lexus is the second car, it'd be another nice convenience to be able to fit everyone in my car (vs minivan) if needed. We are in Cleveland so having a car with 4wd for the snowy roads is nice too. This is just me trying to justify to myself the added cost and lower gas mileage in the GX.
I just thought I would put it out here that I am looking to sell, or maybe even trade in my car. In my situation, I am looking for someone with a GX that is about to trade theirs in that I can buy near trade in value. So I figured I would do the same with mine...try to help out a fellow club member get a good deal on a car that has been well taken care of.
Here is my car listed on Craigslist to the general public: http://cleveland.craigslist.org/cto/5195289417.html
Price can be negotiated for club members. But would appreciate any feedback or selling tips...

Thanks...I didn't have any questions per se applicable to the GX forum, for now, but I did post a while back in there expressing interest in a GX. Just looking for feedback in this group on the selling of my ES..price, highlights, any interest., etc. Restrictions on the forum prohibit me from listing my car until I have 30 posts, but will try that out once I get there.

may be you can start by posting a bunch of pics showing off the car here and get the discussion going then move to sales forum once you get to 30 posts.
