just got hit 100k on 09 es350 what should be changed ???

Just to share a little info here. We bought my wife her 1st new car in 1989. It is a Volvo 740GL and we still have it. I just finished a 350K mile tune up which covered a lot of the items I listed including timing belt and valve adjustment. It is a rust free daily driver and runs great. She will not give the car up even when I offered to buy her any new car she wanted. So I maintain this car and she is trying to get 500K miles out of it. The engine , transmission and rear are all original. Besides the ES we also have the Jag XKR and a GMC pick up which I maintain as required. If a car is under warranty then the dealer fixes what's covered and if not I fix it. For those who can't then they need to make sure they have a good dealer or a good independent shop.

TerryTunder, I have over 176k miles on my '07. I would recommend you change all the fluids, though, strictly speaking, you don't need to change the ATF which is lifetime. I just didn't want to trust my transmission to fluid with that kind of mileage.
Just keep on following the service schedule (plugs, etc.), fixing things as needed. To date I have replaced a coil pack, battery, headlight bulb, rotors, plus the consumables like plugs, tires, fluids, and filters. The car has been outstanding.

Bought my `07 with 35k in 2010 and replaced tires shortly thereafter and again at 75k. Because of the Arizona heat and climate, we've always been proactive on oil changes and monitoring fluids-- and accordingly, flushed the coolant at 75k and more recently, transmission fluid at 85k. Brake, power steering and plugs will be next along with the pricey timing belt and probably plug wires.
I really hadn't planned to keep this car past 75k miles - - -we sold wife's ES330 at about the same miles and in hindsight, wish we'd kept it longer despite replacing it with a new Camry XLE which although nice, doesn't match my ES350 in comfort, quiet and performance.
In many respects, I think older cars are a by product of how they're cared for as much as how well they're designed. My ES will probably get replaced around 100k - - but you never know!
