Default Very frustrating experience...

Was driving in my neighborhood on a one-way residential street in a nice area. That said, came across a couple things on the road. There was a couple younger people parked in a beat up car with their trunk open full of miscellaneous clothing, etc, i yelled to alert them about these items. I had just been down the street and they weren't there at that time. Long story short, they were laughing and I stupidly kept driving and ran over what I later learned was a glass bottle. Needless to
say, when I returned on foot they were gone, The joke's on me.

Chances I will get flat tire(s) from this obvious prank?

The better question is why you're running over items in the road. Hopefully this serves a lesson why you should avoid them. You got lucky, some people think it's funny to hide bricks, and such, under clothing and in paper bags, which can destroy your suspension.

You're not likely to get a flat tire from glass unless it's pointed in a specific way.

I'm an older female and frankly didn't feel safe exiting my car. Althiugh i attempted to avoid hitting
the items, i was not successful. Cars were parked on both sides of street. Couldn't back up
or turn around!

Sometimes it's not possible. Have you contacted the police regarding this incident? As amusing as such a prank is to another person, having to pay to replace a tire is not funny.

Lexi66. It is VERY unlikely that you'll get a flat tire from glass. Metal objects are what typically cause flat tires. Glass doesn't have the tensile strength to cause flat tires, in most situations. You should be fine.
