Default ES350 dash replaced = poor radio reception?

Hi,

I just got the dash replaced on my 07 ES350 replaced and I noticed that I'm receiving static on stations that I used to receive with no problems before.

Supposedly the radio was checked and the connections are fine so I'm not sure what's causing the problem.

If anyone has any advice I'd like to hear it.
Thanks.

Take it back and have them fix it correctly. If it worked well before and now is a problem they did something to screw it up.

There's a powered antenna that connects to it. Take it back and talk to the service manager so that it gets fixed. If it doesn't, elevate it to the general manager.
