also I gave u the link for the 2007ES350, the ones for later years are different so check for your specific year

I'm not saying yours has an aftermarket bulb, just that this exact thing can happen when a foglight housing overheats and that aftermarket bulbs will cause this to more frequently occur.
Do you constantly have your fog lights on? While it's good to replace it, it's good to find the root cause so it doesn't happen again.
