Is it too good to be true?

Ray Cantera is a major dealer in NJ and sell a various group of high end cars. If you look on his web site and scroll through all of his cars and especially Lexus ES350's you won't find a car even down to 2009 that is listed for under $20K. In fact most are around $25K and more. I had also looked at a few Jaguars and Audi's there and they were the highest priced used cars. So my opinion is that there is something not right with this "deal". $14K cash with no trade doesn't fit based on dealer prices out there. Also if the car was sold at another dealer but it came from Ray's group something is wrong that he wouldn't sell it. Think about it why would any dealer sell a car for $10K under it's value and take it as a loss.

I also checked their website and their prices are quite high. I have three possible explanations here:
1. Miracle happened, dealer gave up opportunity to earn more.
2. Dealer screwed the customer, the car has a bad history. I also noted the first post where customer mentioned three brake bulbs were out. Not one, but three. Could be a bad cover up of a past electrical issue. Bulbs don't go out by three, flood damage is very hard to spot if you don't know where to look.
3. Dealer registered on forums and played this "unsure about a great deal" for advertising purposes. Really waste of time in this case, people are not blind.
