That is so clean for a minute there i thought you were in the wrong generation. I've seen those conversions before but there was a white one with an black bar in the middle. Did you have to replace the headlights as well?

2013 es350

All original, garage kept, and dealer maintained. Headlights are original too. I add side-molding/shade-vent(weathertech) 17" 2017 eh300 wheels & michelin tires. The car only had 36,000 on it at time of purchase and now 41,000.
