Why cant hear the radio with the rear defroster on ??

You have some interference between the FM receiver and the rear heater.

Antenna is built into the rear glass, just like the defroster is. Perhaps the rear defroster is damaged in some way...? or maybe someone managed to put one of the defroster lines on to the antenna... somehow...?

I won't begin to guess why but I would bring a potential electrical problem to a qualified repair shop.

My 2010 does the same thing when the rear defrost is on.. Not a problem for me as I rarely listen to radio..

I believe becuz i had tint on it an i removed it i might of damages something and currently i have alot of writing on my back window

Removing rear window tint often damages the defrost "wires" on the glass. I had a similar problem with one of my cars. If you are lucky and the damage is minor, it might be repairable with a kit sold on line. If the damage is major (most likely) the only fix is to replace the rear window.
