They say it's a lifetime flud, but it's not.
I did transmission service 1 month ago, 56000 lady driven miles, oil was black/burned and magnets were full of gunk.
I do that every 30-35000 miles and that means 12 qt of WS, filter, filter ring and gasket.

Did the dealer do a complete flush including torque convertor (total ~12 qts), or just the filter and fluid replacement?

How much did they charge you?

did a full flush usually i don't do full flushes because i have heard so many bad things and i worry about my cars that usually had over 100k on them and no warranty.
But since i had a full warranty that would have covered any issues i decided to do a full flush.
I paid cheap for it because it was my friend who was the service writer at JM lexus in Margate Florida.
I think after all said an done i paid like 110 for it to be done.

Did full flush on our 07 ES350 at 100K in 2012. Did full flush again this weekend at 155K. Used WS the first time and MaxLife the second time. I also did a filter change on this second flush. I put in an Oreilly ATF filter (Power Torque FK-424), which I don't recommend. I originally bought the Wix filter (58010), which is incorrectly listed on their website and on the Amazon part finder tool as fitting our U660E trany - it does not. The Oreilly filter was the only one available locally after I found out the Wix filter wouldn't fit. The Oreilly is made in China and does not include an o-ring, but it's cheap ($16). The rubber gasket is thick and I have no leaks, but I have no faith in the filter. I ordered the Beck Arnley filter (044-0356) and will swap out the Oreilly sooner than later.

The OEM filter and the Oreilly use a paper element. My filter was quite blackened; glad I decided to change it. The one hiccup is access to one of the trany pan bolts; you have to raise the engine on the driver side in order to access this bolt. You do that by loosening the driverside and front motor mounts, and lifting the engine about 1.5 inches. Didn't really take long to do this, maybe added ten minutes to the procedure. May do a how-to when I put in the Beck Arnley filter.

This is from the backside of the filter, where the filtered fluid comes through - imagine how bad the other side looks!
