Mode button on steering wheel skipping over satellite radio
Recently purchased a certified 2011 Lexus ES350 with navigation. I noticed that when pressing the mode button on the steering wheel, the radio toggles from AM, FM1, FM2, and Bluetooth, but completely skips satellite radio. The satellite radio is active and I set presets for all the stations. I can access the satellite radio stations fine when pressing the button on the dash or on the touch screen but the mode button on the steering wheel completely skips the satellite selection.
Has anyone seen this? Any ideas as to how to correct this issue?
Thank you for your help!

Problem resolved: I called XM Satellite Radio. I was informed the car was on some dealer demo plan for the satellite radio. After transferring the satellite radio subscription from my old car to this car and having the XM satellite radio company send a refresh signal to the radio, the mode button on the steering wheel stopped skipping past the satellite radio selections. Not sure if I needed my own subscription or if the refresh sent from the XM satellite radio corrected the issue, but it’s working now. Hopefully this post can help someone in the future.
Thanks,
Thanks,
