Default Let the dealer update to V14.1?

I received an email from Lexus today announcing a special on updating the navigation system on my 2009 ES 350. 99 bucks. I have never updated the navigation dvd. I know this is a very easy procedure, but for $99 I thought I'd just let them update it along with my 50K mile service.

I've looked around online but can't seem to find the new disc , at least not on ebay.

Any advice is appreciated.

That's not a bad price for a dealer install. Yes you could find a disc cheaper, but if you're not comfortable doing it yourself, $99 isn't bad. If any glitches come up you can go back to them for a fix.

Yep, for me that's worth the extra few bucks.

Just a heads up on the pricing expectations; I think the $99 is the updated Nav DVD 'early bird' cost, I'm guessing they'll hit you with a service charge for the install.

Here's a link to the email I received. Now that Dave has weighed in I guess I'll give the dealer a call.

Sewell just put up theirs with the new update and our forum discount (create an account there using your CL member name to see the discount). Gen 5 for example is $93.94
