Default Flash Drive

i`ve seen the thread about the flash drive for 2011 and 2010 ES350. not to hijack that thread, i`m starting a thread/question if flash drive would work in 2007 model. or is there a kit that can be connected to the ML stereo system to play songs stored in a USB flash drive.

Grom Audio is what I used on my Mazda, thinking about getting it for the Lexus probably in the spring.

Why would a 2010 or 2011 ES need this?

I have 32GB of music on an SD card and 64GB of music on a USB flash drive. I could load another 12GB of music on a DVD data disc. Then again, I don't use a factory radio. This was the main reason I ditched the base stereo and went with a Pioneer.

Compare the various companies for what works for you and what you want to pay for it.

GROM w/ USB = $100
VAIS = $250+ for USB or iPOD/Android
New OEM Radio = $500+ range usually.
