Change from Base radio to a NAV system radio

Can your experts tell me if I can use this e-Bay salvage radio to fit my 2008 ES350 with base radio system?
Would it be a PLUG and PLAY?

For 1/2 of that you can get an aftermarket radio with navigation that works better and sounds better than the factory.

Hi Robert - I just picked up a 2011 ES350 and was wondering the same. Any models that you would suggest?

Just make sure you get 4v pre-amp outputs. After that the features you need are up to you and your budget. I've been a fan of Pioneer radios since the mid 80's.
