Default diy oil change ?

got a 2007 Lexus es 350 back in July. now has about 120k and want to do my first own oil change.
Car has good service record. Dealership says they were using a castrol Syn blend at 5K intervals instead of full synthetic .
Should I stick with this or switch to what ever full syn I go with what i plan to use for the g37 convertible i got the wife (mobil 1 5w30 or pennzoil ultra or platinium 5w 30) to make matters simpler and only have to keep one jug for both.
plan on using toyota factory filers.
i was also thinking about getting a set of the rhino ramps vs jack and stands.
I was planning on putting off the spark plug change to 125K.
comments?

I'm going to leave the synth vs dyno to someone who knows better.

I do my own oil changes and I use a set of Rhino Ramps. Much easier that jacks and stands. I also use Toyota filters that I bought on eBay. 10 pack for around $40 with free shipping. Comes with the gaskets and drain nipple. You will need 6 quarts for the 2007 ES350. Additionally, I replace the crush washer on the oil drain plug. I bought a 10 pack of those on Amazon here:
Amazon.com: Genuine Toyota - Oil Drain Plug Gaskets (QTY10) - 90430-12031: Automotive Amazon.com: Genuine Toyota - Oil Drain Plug Gaskets (QTY10) - 90430-12031: Automotive

Good luck!

As for the plugs, I bought this car from my friend last year and he had them done at 90K (car currently has 112K). I just did my plugs on my 2005 Sienna and it had 135K miles at the time. I only replaced them as a preventative measure as the van was running just fine. If I were you I would take care of the plugs sooner rather than later.

I'm 215 lbs and slide under on my back to do it. I ordered a "cup" off ebay to remove the filter housing.

I have a 2010 bought new and our dealer used 5W-30 Dino oil at the 1st 5K oil change. I still change it myself and still use Dino oil . Don't need ramps as I have a lift but I had recently started using a vacuum extractor for oil changes. It's just to bad that they still used the cartridge type oil filters. Also where they locate it is a PITA when you change it. My recommendation is to use the same oil as has been used by the dealer or previous owner. I bought my car new so I know what has been put in it. By the way my oil look almost new at my 5K change.

nice
here's mine. the lexus is the one we are talking about.
I hate it, but we just traded the sl for a g37 convertible. miss it already but I was getting afraid of repair bills.
