If you do a search you'll find A LOT of reading material on the regular vs. premium discussion. IMO either is OK, whatever you are comfortable with, but others have differing opinions. I had a 2007 and 2010 ES350 and used regular unleaded with no issues.

x2 what lexbob said do a search fuel es350 gas es350 and other searched will find you at the same thing most here will say there is really no difference
i just filled up with 93 today and a bottle of techron concentrate plus
only reason i filled up with 93 was because i had 3.80 off a gallon in fuel perks from win dixie shopping card
so i figured id get my free tank of gas and get the good stuff
i ussualy do that once every 3 or 4 months

the rest of the time 87 octane is what i use
sometimes i find E-Free fuel at the marina or not far from the watter at decent prices and ill fill up on that just because i like the purpose of ethonol free fuel when i can

i really am against putting any type of E in fuel but lets safe that corn discusion for another page and day lol

Unless a car requires premium, I always use plus. It just seems to give better mileage than regular.

Well it was a $379 fuel sensor plus labor, which they refused to fix & they will take car back. I can't believe they wouldn't take care of it!

That is a surprise especially with the 3/3000 warranty. Are you giving he car back? If you give them the car back, will you loose any money on the transaction?

Yes I gave car back. They just gave me back my check-like they didn't care. It had 55k, pd $18k. They acted like they would lose money if they fixed it??? I think I made right decision. I mean this was gonna cost me $500-600! On the 1st day of ownership! I'm disappointed...

well that's pretty shabby. I think I might call toyota corporate to let them know what kind of service this dealer is providing. If they sell a car and it breaks the first day, it seems like they should be liable for the repair. Was this a CPO? Also, I'd be leaving feedback anywhere I could on the internet about this dealership, to warn others to be careful. If they don't fix the issue, and just reset the code and sell it to someone else, it'd be a real bummer.

depending on what state you're in, you may be eligible for a used- car lemon law claim as well.

WOW. Losing a sale and they still have a car that won't run right for a $379 part. Be glad you got away from them.

Yeah pretty frustrated with the whole ordeal. They made it like they were doing me a favor by giving it to me for 18k-which was what I saw it on line for and paid full 18, but because the sticker on lot was 21,900 (which I felt was irrelevant-since I only saw on line price) I'm sad, but I guess I'll just start looking again (sigh) thanks to everyone for the advice...
