Exclamation Major transmission problem please HELP.

Hi,

I am new to this forum.

here is the problem: the car starts no problem, when driving back from the gym, a weird noise happened to my car, like rpm goes up too fast for the speed I am going. Right now, my car doesn't run anymore. It starts, sometimes i just cant drive, it will not move, but when accelerating, rpm goes up, but car doesn't move. Sometimes, when i start, i could move the until a red light or stop sign, and then cant move again anymore. even when i am able to move, i could feel a slip in the transmission.

I also have a new weird noise close to the engine, not what it is, this noise happened same time my car started to give me problems.

I would like to say that this problem just happened suddenly.

check engine is on with vsc but i believe vsc comes when check engine is on. I scanned it. here is the codes:
P0746: Pressure Control Solenoid "A" Performance or Stuck Off
P2714: Pressure Control Solenoid D Performance or Stuck Off
P2808: Pressure Control Solenoid G Performance or Stuck Off

could a reliable person help on this, on which part to buy for these codes, or what to do, help is highly appreciated.......

thanks everyone for helping.

When the CEL is tripped, VSC and TRAC systems are disabled and the lights will come on.

For the codes you're seeing, I'd look for a competent transmission specialist in your area to take a look at it. A shop that specializes in transmissions will be best equipped to diagnose and fix your car.

I would imagine that you have some shift solenoids that need to be replaced, or there is a problem with the valve body. Either way, don't guess and start throwing parts (and money) at the problem when you don't know for sure what's wrong.

Default Transmission issue

What year is your ES350? Has anyone recently flushed or serviced your transmission? Mileage?
We had some issues with the '07 models when they came out. I've seen many problems after service, or flushing, which lexus is against. Check for fluid leaks.. Good luck

I have a lexus ES 350 2007, and yes I did changed my transmission oil at the lexus dealer maybe a year ago. My model doesnt have the level of transmission fluid to check, the dealer has to check it I guess, you believe it is because they changed my oil??? I got 210 000km

Your car does not have a dipstick to check it, nor does it have a drain plug to drain the fluid. To change the fluid they either hooked a machine up to the lines going to the cooler at the radiator or they dropped the pan and replaced the fluid. I don't believe this is causing a problem, but it's possible. 210,000km is roughly 131,000 miles, so I wouldn't be surprised if they replaced the fluid.

Default Causes..

To get all three codes you have a low fluid condition, or a major internal issue. We replaced a number of these transmissions when new. Check the fluid level first, it must be in a specified range to properly check, but you just need someone to see if it has enough to operate so they can pull the check plug on the pan when cold to see if fluid comes out.

Default Codes

Perfromance/Stuck "off" can be clutches, main line pressure(pump), or fluid level. Electrical issues have different codes.
