Bought a 2011 on 7/12/2012 with 10,750 miles. It now has 23,500.
I haven't experienced any problems, although the ventilated (NOT air conditioned) seats don't have as much effect as much as I thought they would.
But it's a very quiet, comfortable, reliable car. And I get 26 to 28 mpg without trying.
Is there a specific issue with the car, the dealership, or the company that you're curious about ?

2011 Es350 and just wondered what everyone's experience has been. It is the car of my dreams!

I purchased my 2011 two years ago from a dealer, it was a demo car (UL / ML). I have 30k miles on it now and have not had any issues. This is my first Lexus and I found that every time I drive it it is the same quite, comfortable ride as day one, unlike some of my previous cars that started to squeak and have problems start to arrise the longer I had the car. Glad I purchased it, no regrets, maybe my next ride will be the new LS.

Although I didn't have a 2011, I did have a 2010 which is virtually the same car. Zero issues in three years of ownership. I never had to take the car in for any warranty or service bulletin work in the three years that I owned it. I also had a 2007 ES350 with the same record in nearly four years.
Needless to say I was a satisfied owner.

with underground valet parking is such a pain the way the button is placed to unlock the
trunk.
2). Just got a new IPhone and the port where the car charger fits is geographically undesirable.
This is because of the way you need to interact with the console which is ridiculous!
I know, I know.. Just a cry baby!

However, I don't like the placement of the USB jack on the '10. Simple work around was a 6" USB cable for the memory stick I leave plugged in all the time.

the usb port charges the iphone too, so you don't actually need to have it plugged into the charger.

A little more feedback please...
When I wanted to buy the other car charger, the rep said that charger was for use with the cigarette lighter. Please elaborate so I get it! Thanks!!

i just mean when i plug in the Iphone 5 USB cable into the USB port, it links it to the stereo, and also charges the phone, making it so i dont have to plug it into the 12v charger. the charger you are referring to is inside the center console, right? or are you talking the cigarette lighter inside the ashtray in front of the shifter?

Hey Lexi66, I have an Ipod that i plug into the center console USB port and it charges the Ipod so it should charge the iPhone as well. (I have a 2011). There are some USB ports that are just data ports and some that are data/power, the USB port in the center console of the 2011 ES is a data/power versions so plugging your iPhone into the USB port should charge it, nothing else is needed.
