I'm trying to find a wood shifter now to match, I think there about $325 off of Sewell.
The best prices I've found for those have been on eBay, it's also good if you know which other models have the same shifter.

I've been keeping my eye out for a good one on ebay, it's a hit and miss.

Default Alpine Bluetooth Microphone in factory spot!

Today I installed the alpine microphone in the factory spot, Let me know what you think. I still haven't got the wiring for the head unit so I can't test it yet.

I started by removing this small plastic piece put in the models with no factory mic.

Next I cut the plastic off the alpine mic so it would fit when I pop it back into the roof.

I used a couple of small zip ties and some clear silicone. I didn't cut, drill, or brake anything. Everything can be put back to OEM. Gotta Love Silicone

A little more silicone to hold the wire in place, makes for easy install!

You'll have to let us know how you cram all that stuff in! I haven't had mine out yet, but I'm guessing there's not a lot of space behind the head unit for all that. I don't have XM and plan on bypassing the Lexus amps when I do my install, so I will save a little space - but I still want the steering wheel interface (once I've gotten used to them, I can't go back!)

Pretty awesome. You can also standardize the alignment lines so that they are as accurate as possible. Neat stuff! Here's a vidoe of it at work! When I have enough dough, I'm definitely going to try to install this HU

I haven't got a camera yet but I plan on getting one before I put everything back together, I've been looking for a good thread on a aftermarket camera install with no luck. I found a camera on ebay that replaces one of the licence plate bulbs, I added a link. If anyone has done this install or knows a good thread please let me know.

There's actually quite a bit of space back there, I also have a Bluetooth module and a head unit booster I have to squeeze back there. You should have more than enough room for a amp bypass and a steering wheel control interface.
