Default Is any mandatory service needed on 2010 ES350 at 34K miles

I have been getting the oil changed avery 5k miles. I have changed the Air Filter and Cabin Filter. Is there anything mandatory that I should let them do? They always say I need this and that etc Thanks Dorothy

I have had my Lexus serviced at an independent Gulf garage for years (2007 and now 2011) per the Lexus outline. They keep the records in their computer (along with my home based receipts from them) in case they are needed for any warranty work.

Here is what I found on your car......
https://xws.xtime.com/xmmmenu/?varia...&inframe=false

To get to this menu I went to www.lexus.com and in the upper right hand corner is the Owners Resources option (there is a little drop down menu that you can select scheduled maintenance). This little area of the site is great to learn a few things about the car that maybe you never knew. Look around there I'm sure that it will be informative. Some of the scheduled maintenance can sometimes seem to be a bit much, like changing the battery of your remote key every 10,000 miles, but again, they are recommendations.

Follow the maintenance schedule in the manual.
What are the "this and that" they are recommending? If they mention blinker fluid, RUN AWAY!

I know exactly what you mean when the shop constantly recommends this and that and you're like, do I really have to do this now? Some things need attention right away and others can wait. If you tell us exactly what they are saying, we can offer more info.
