My Vehicle Personalization button is disabled on my (navigation) Setup | Vehicle page. It had been active as I've made some changes using it in the past. I thought this button would always remain active. I'm thinking it's an accidental deactivation by the dealer.

Any ideas?

Answered my own question. I was using the nav screen in ACC mode in my earlier attempts. I tried the Setup screen again while the engine was running and the Vehicle Personalization button was active again.
