If not certified, you can buy a discounted Lexus Platinum warranty.Different year and mileage plans.
You can call these guys for a quote on a Lexus Platinum warranty. No sales tax if you buy out of state.
I've bought from Troy.

Do your homework
I suggest that you do your homework..Check out the value of this es350 using KBB (Kelly Blue Book). You can also get reviews and recall info ..I bought an 07 from a friend that leased it from which was 2 years old....I had all the service records...Got a good price, but still had trouble with windows popping off track ($660 to replace, oil cooler line failure, transmission shifting problems...Also, I recently learned that if the water pump fails, the engine has to be removed to replace it $250 for the pump and 1800 labor...My opinion is $29,000 might be a good price, but for this kind of money, you should do your homework...Also, HOW LONG YOU plan to keep the car should be a factor....Lexus does hold its resale value........HOPE THIS HELPS..

Guys here is the thing now,
I took the car to Lexus dealership for a thorough checkup. Upon looking I found out that the car has been re-painted on the driver door, hood, trunk and front bumper. The car fax is clean so could have been the previous owner never reported it to the insurance and paid the repair from his own pockets.
Now I need some help to make the decision,
The car has 25K miles for $30000 and extended warranty is about $2200 so for $32000 drive out.
Would you buy this car knowing all this? I mean the car is still under warranty, clean car fax drives well and looks really good too...but now has been repainted.
Please help me as I am going nuts on this.

Now if Panels were changed (Hood, Fenders...etc) i would walk away from it.
Also Most dealers when they sell CPO cars...They normally touch up bumpers or respray them to get rock chips, scratches n nicks off to make the car look more presentable.

Car can also get repainted due to scratches, rock chips...etc, Someone had keyed the whole passenger side of my 6 months old F...If the paint job was done proper and all Vin Stickers are present on all the panels, you can't really say the car is not worthy.

It's not a CPO car and I don't believe this ES is at a Lexus dealer. He took it to a Lexus dealer and was told of the repainted areas.
I wouldn't buy a car with 3 painted panels.There's so many ES350's out there.

I wouldn't buy it. I only spent $4k more than that on my 2010 brand new with Nav...
You can get a great deal on one of these brand new, with the new model coming out. Pass.
