Here ya go, the same car through this carbuying service, brand new for $36,200. You can do better than that too negotiating on your own:

I'd spend $4,200 more in a heartbeat on a brand new car over one going on 3 years old with prior body damage.

$39,500 is no deal at all on an ES. I've never used that service, but I've always wound up paying less than they have cars listed for so I assume its legit. Give them a call.

My 2010 was $41,215 and I paid $36k before taxes and tags.

I took the car to Lexus dealership for a thorough checkup. Upon looking I found out that the car has been re-painted on the driver door, hood, trunk and front bumper. The car fax is clean so could have been the previous owner never reported it to the insurance and paid the repair from his own pockets.

Now I need some help to make the decision,

The car has 25K miles for $30000 and extended warranty is about $2200 so for $32000 drive out.

Would you buy this car knowing all this? I mean the car is still under warranty, clean car fax drives well and looks really good too...but now has been repainted.

Please help me as I am going nuts on this.
There is always risk in purchaing a used vehicle because of the unknown history of the vehicle, whether you discover repainted sections or not. By purchasing an extended warranty you are transfering this risk to the warranty provider. The peace of mind provided by the extended warranty can make the deal worth it.

My name is Dacey and I'm with autoPOM! We represent Mercury Select and we are A+ rated with the BBB and A.M. Best. Mercury is one of the oldest providers of extended coverage in the industry and has been providing automotive peace of mind to consumers since the 1970's. With this coverage you are able to take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility in the U.S or Canada, including the dealership. Mercury pays the facility directly over the phone by credit card.

Based on the specs you have provided I was able to run you a quick quote. We have a 100,000 mile/72 month Platinum (named exclusion) plan available for $1,035 and thats with a $100 deductible. Please contact me if you are interested
