Checked Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book: Trade in value of the car was $25,600 - $26,700. Suggested selling price is $30,700 - 33,200 (certified). I would start in between at $28,000 offer and move up in slight increments. Be ready to walk out if they are very firm and actually stand up and leave. It's December and the dealers want a good year end finish, especially as Christmas approaches. Better time is January 2nd as no one is looking then and the dealers are really looking for sales.

Are they offering 100,000 certified warranty?
Even if they are, I would not pay over 29K for a car that had an MSRP of $37K

They both have big miles on them.
For reference I paid $10,000 off original sticker on a "loaded" year old model with 9K miles

I wonder if they might have been service loaners? There are a lot of these cars out there and the OP might be able to find 2010's with fewer miles.
