Guys, my 2007.. still under warranty.. ES. with only 34K miles.. well maintained

all of a sudden. i got a rustling noise under the hood.. particularly when i was accelerating...

it started getting louder and louder .over a period of 2 weeks..
finally took it into dealer.. and the Cust rep. also did notice the noise. in 2 hours I was out.. THEY HAD to change the pulley. mechanism and some cam or something.. now no noise. the bill has a TSIB on it. i can pull that up later.


also, I threw in a comment that the passenger window rattles.. she told me they tightened the door.. .. i dont know if that made any difference. but I was worried about the posts I read when ur entire window falls off!.

i have warranty till SEP.. please tell me any other preventive services which I need to ask them.. next time I take the car in.

Can you provide the copy of the TSIB? I would state the window is still rattling/popping. You may have the TSIB issue with the window. VERY expensive to fix if out of warranty.

I have been experiencing the rustling engine noise issue since the last 20k miles and till now they have not been able to fix it. Can you please post the TSIB# for that fix. It will greatly appreciated!
