1997 enabling xm traffic
I looked at the other postings here and most people think that traffic is not possible with the Nav systems before 2010?
A local Lexus salesperson in Fremont California, told me that it is possible to enable traffic through the XM subscription on a 2007 ES 350. Is that true?
I am in outside sales in the San Francisco bay area and really like traffic features on gps devices. Is there any after market high quality gps that includes traffic and works with the ES?
I was looking to buy a 2004 LS 430 and have changed my mind to a 2007 ES 350 because of more comfortable seats and almost the same ride. Do you agree?
I was test driving one today and there seemed to be a lot of tire noise with performance tires. The dealer offered to change tires. What is the quietest tire in your opinion?
I am looking at the aquamarine color, that looks really unusual, how does that color hold up over time? Does anyone else have it?

I have Michelin Primacy tires on my 2007 ES350. They are extremely quiet and smooth. These are my second set of tires. They are better than the Michelin MXV's that came with the car. You can't go wrong with these tires. As long as you properly care for your paint (regular washings and waxing) the color will hold up fine. My friend has your color on a 2007 and it looks great. My 2007 has about 34,000 miles on it. Other than a few minor issues, this car has been terrific. I enjoy driving it every day, nearly 4 years after purchasing it.
